Sign Up: At The Fair, visit the Temecula Valley Art League Booth to sign up and get your canvas stamped. Canvas size should be 11x14.

Entry Limit: Each painter may enter 1-3 paintings.

Entry Fee : None

Includes: 1 Fair Admission Per Day Per Person

Parking: $5.00

Check In: Go directly to the Temecula Valley Art League booth to get your canvas stamped before you begin painting.

Painting Time: 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm

Submit Entry: By: 5:00pm at the Temecula Valley Art League Booth or return the next day to complete your painting. Re-entry into the fair will require you to go to the admission booth each day.

Judging: Will take place by Marilyn Latimer, President of Temecula Valley Art League and guest judge on Sunday, March 20, 2016 after 5:00pm. Winning exhibits will be displayed with a ribbon.

Best of Show

1st Place, 2nd Place and 3rd Place.

Exhibits Displayed: Completed exhibits will be displayed at the Temecula Valley Art League Booth. Winning Exhibits will be displayed with a winning ribbon on Monday, March 21, 2016.

Exhibits will be Released: Monday, March 21, at 5:00pm at the Temecula Valley Art League Booth. Fair admission is not included to pick up entries. If entry is not picked up, the Temecula Valley

Art League will contact you to make arrangements for a pick up time and location.


1. Eligibility: Open to ages 18 year of age and over.

2. Entry Procedure: Please follow timeline listed above left.

3. Passes: One admission pass will be issued to each entrant.

4. Supplies: Bring your own supplies. Be ready to paint on location within the fairgrounds, in public view. The artist’s canvas, paper, board, etc. must be 11x14 and stamped at the Temecula Valley Art League booth prior to beginning work.

5. Subject Matter: Paint the Fair compositions should be Temecula Valley  Fair related. Examples - Carnival, Exhibits,   Food Booths, etc.

6. Liability: Every precaution will be taken to ensure the safe handling of exhibits; however, the Fair is not responsible for loss or damage to art work.

Bring your supplies and paint any attraction of the fair. Includes complimentary admission on: 

  • Friday, March 18, 2016, entry must be between 12pm-2pm. 
  • Saturday, March 19, 2016 entry must be between 12pm-2pm
  • Sunday, March 20, 2016 entry must be between 12pm-2pm
